Steve Homan, P.E.

I retired from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) after serving as a Field Office Engineer and as a Housing Capital Improvement Specialist, in the Office of Capital Improvements. I spent almost everyday working with the Capital Fund and providing assistance to Public Housing Authorities, on any issues that arose. Before joining HUD, I spent time as a City Engineer and working for the National Park Service as an engineer and as Chief of Facility Management at large national parks. I have an extensive background in project management and overseeing complex maintenance programs.
